1. Participant should be 18 years of age or more and should be a bonafide resident of India.
2. By Participating in the contest, you consent to communicate with us electronically and receive messages from our end.
3. J9 will not be responsible for non delivery of response messages arising out of network congestion at the operator's end.
4. Successful winners will be called from J9's end and will be initimated about their status.
5. All disputes arising out of the contest service will be settled in Delhi.

Navratri Contest

1. Participant should be 18 years of age or more and should be a bonafide resident of India.
2. By Participating in the contest, you consent to communicate with us electronically and receive messages from our end.
3. This is a limited period contest, which will start on the 12th Oct 2007 and end on the 20 th Oct 2007(Contest Period).
4. Correct answer will fetch 10 points.
5. Objective is to score maximum.
6. Contest is open to subscribers of Airtel, Hutch, Idea, BSNL .
7. Winner of the contest stands to Win 1 Gold Coin Every Day, there shall be 9 such winners and winners shall be taken out every day on basis of accumulated score of the day.
8. Customer can play the contest as many times he wish to play and can increase his/her score.
9. Winners would be judged on the basis of clause no.4 and in case of tie between 2 or more participants lucky draw will be taken out.
10. Score of Customers will Reset to Zero everyday from start date of contest.
11. J9 will not be responsible for non delivery of response messages arising out of network congestion at the operator's end.
12. Successful winners will be called from JPL's end and will be intimated about their status
13. All applicable government taxes (approx 33.33%) on prizes are to be borne by the winners.
14. All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner/s
15. Gratification will be disbursed within maximum period of 60 days. The prize(s) shall be given to the winners subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations / processes / formalities in connection with the prizes and on production of all such documents / papers as required by JPL before accepting the delivery of the prize. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by JPL, shall entitle JPL, in its own discretion to cancel and forfeit the prize(s) for the said winner.
16. The decision of JPL with respect to all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.
17. JPL or its directors / officers / affiliated companies will in no way be responsible for circumstances beyond its control, which hinder the completion of the contest.
18. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion currently being offered.
19. All disputes are to be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi
20. All disputes arising out of the contest service will be settled in Delhi.
